• Bachelors degree
• Experience managing sales reps as direct reports
• Experience with Medical Equipment and/or Medical Devices. Preferably longer sales cycle.

Job Duties:

Will provide leadership and coordination of all company sales and marketing functions. Responsible for all product sales activities, including building, managing, and developing a world class sales organization, increasing company sales and profit growth and achieving sales targets. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals. Research and identify the opportunities, end user segments, dsitribution channels, and product services that offer the best avenues for successful growth of the company. Work with company resources to turn these opportunities into products/services and significant revenue streams.
