Requirements:

• Must be currently employed
• ME Degree; MBA preferred but not required
• Solid record of career advancememt.
• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10-15 years Engineering experience, obtained in a manufacturing industry
• Will have a demonstrated and successful background and possess managerial experience
• Will have been exposed to a multitude of managerial disciplines, and an excellent working knowledge of lean manufacturing and new product development.

Job Duties:

VP of Engineering reports directly to the President, and will oversee Research and Development, Engineering Project Management, Engineering Design, Engineering Testing and Product Management functions.  Would prefer someone coming out of the commercial or Wholesale Pump industry.  20% travel to Asia.
