• Bachelors Degree
• Must be currently employed
• Solid record of career advancement
• A minimum of 10-15 years operations experience, obtained in a manufacturing industry
• Will have a demostrated and successful background and possess managerial experience.
• Must have solid supply chain experience
• Prefer someone with extensive China experience

Job Duties:

The VP of Operations will be the senior Operations executive responsible for directing all operating functions leading to the most advantageous allocation of resources supporting the company's strategic and annual growth plans. In this role, the VP of Ops will oversee the Purchasing, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality and Distribution functions.
