Requirements:

·        Associates degree or higher required;

·        8+ years of progressive supervisory experience

·        Must have medical devices and plastic extrusion experience

·        Experience managing a large production population, performance evaluations, and problem resolution

·        Good knowledge and experience with Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing

·        Process control engineering experience/skills are a plus

·        Dynamic, well-balanced ** Able to make change happen ** Wants to make a difference **

Job Duties:

1st Shift position, responsible for Production department supervision for a medical device manufacturer. Duties include:

• Managing Team Leaders;
• Staffing and training of employees;
• Planning, assigning, and directing work;
• Performance evaluations;
• Problem resolution;
• Troubleshooting mechanical and repair issues;
• Providing data and analysis on production, quality control, maintenance, and operational issues to the Production Manager.
